PRINCETON, TEXAS: City officials, project partners, and community members gathered on Thursday, March 26, to break ground on the community's first medical office development in Princeton Professional Park. The project, located in Princeton Professional Park, will span two buildings on 2.7 acres along S. Beauchamp Boulevard, expanding access to healthcare services for Princeton residents.
Mayor Eugene Escobar Jr. and Mayor Pro Tem Bryan Washington delivered remarks during the ceremony, highlighting the importance of expanding local healthcare access and supporting the City’s continued growth. The event also included special recognition from the office of U.S. Representative Keith Self, honoring the City of Princeton and its partners for their commitment to advancing healthcare opportunities in the region.
The development is being led by Harrod Healthcare Real Estate (HHRE) in partnership with the Princeton Economic Development Corporation. The project represents a significant step forward in attracting professional services and meeting the needs of Princeton’s rapidly growing population.
Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2026.
