The City of Princeton Economic Development Corporation, comprised of seven board members, receives funds from a half-cent sales tax collected for economic development.

The purposes for which the Corporation is organized and may issue or incur bonds or other obligations on behalf of the City include promoting, developing, and expanding commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and business enterprises to create jobs and also to promote and encourage employment and public welfare. The Corporation owns a 108-acre Business Park zoned for industrial and business use, offering a prime location for business.
